2014 is a big one for Killaloe… It marks the millennium of Brian Boru's death. So… this year, our little festival will be giving Brian a nod with some medieval twists. We've been watching Game of Thrones for some bright ideas and are open to suggestions…

If you didn't know already… Brian Boru was a Killaloe native. He was the last undisputed High king of Ireland and even ruled Ireland (briefly) from Killaloe.
