Why TRX for Triathlon?
TRX Suspension Training was born in the Navy Seals. The aim was to be mission ready with minimum equipment. TRX uses your body weight against gravity and uses ALL CORE, ALL THE TIME to stabilise while you work dynamically through every body part (and I mean EVERY PART!)….and then there are the core SPECIFIC exercises
Because you are recruiting a lot of muscles in every exercise you get major results, you get strong, flexible, more power and body fat goes down!

At the Dark Side TRX/Turbo session we will start at a level suitable for the group and build on it, no need for prior ability with TRX.
