9 warm bodies on the Sunday spin today – 3 punctures (!) but we used the patented DO'D cycle on/loop back/scoop'em up procedure which made our 45k spin 55k, but sure hey, nobody got cold, nobody got left behind and what's an extra 10k between friends!
Time to winterise the bikes people – get your bikes down to Planet-Tri and they will look after you for winter tyres, lights, wet gear etc, an ounce of prevention is better than standing at the side of the road in the rain.
Pace was great today! – a banging 27.6k average which considering the hooruvahill at Portroe to slow us down, pretty good!!
