Well we made it! so much for that tail wind! (that's a cycling myth) 8 brave souls ventured this morning – plus the 3 who unfortunately missed the starters gun but still went out and made it back for coffee which was great. The group split at the last section at OBB so we had a 60k and 70k group, average pace of the 70ks was 27 and in this weather! Thanks Ian for mopping up on the hill from Broadford and bringing us back in so well and a big thanks to the Wooden Spoon for mopping up the puddles we left after us this morning We did well today.
