Sunday Spin Story Time!

This week our tale takes us out the fast and windy N7 to the land of Nenagh and beyond. It has been decreed that the wind will be behind us! If it isn’t we’ll put the biggest bikists in front and all hide behind.
We will then double back via the quiet country (sheltered!) roads via Dolla/Silvermines back to the N7 for a final burn home by Birdhill and back to Killaloe for coffee and calories.
This is a 68km cycle, if anyone is feeling in need of a shorter version it is possible to clip sections off here and there, we can discuss before we leave.
Meet from 8am at Planet Tri – group leaves at 8.15 SHARP
Set Pace 25-28km/hr. Please make sure you are able to cycle the distance and the minimum pace.
Have a good breakfast and bring drink and munchies please – nothing worse than running on empty!
