Sunday Spin Time!

This week we are heading out the fast and windy N7 to the distant land of Nenagh up through the town, past the hospital and beyond about 9k.
We will then double back right via the quiet country roads via Dolla/Silvermines back to the N7 for a final burn home by Birdhill and back to Killaloe for coffee and calories.

Anyone feeling very frisky can add on the tail and continue to Castleconnell and around by O'Briensbridge to get in a few extra miles – sure there's always Broadford!

Meet from 8.30am at Planet Tri (coffee and sign up in the warm, thanks Cathal)– group leaves at 9amSHARP Please don't leave it till the last minute if possible just so we discuss rd plan before we leave.
Set Pace 25-28km/hr. Please make sure you are able to cycle the distance and the minimum pace.
Please light up front and back, bring munchies and fluids!
