The Dark Side 2 will be back, Running Sessions will resume and Swim sessions will begin! It'll be all go!
For the Cyclenutters over Christmas (who just can't help themselves) don't forget we have the Lake Spin on Friday and a wee spin on Sunday if you want to get out just for the love of it but in January – the flavour will change and the cycling will get interesting!!!
