Update on the Lake Spin
Unfortunately the cycling gods have not been with us for the last couple of weeks and forecast is not looking good for an "enjoyable" 4hr++ ride in the wind and the elements. Its a tough spin in good conditions, in this weather its a test of endurance, which is no fun at all.

Boru Tri Club Cycling have come up with a shorter more local and more accessible plan for everyone both in terms of fitness and time out of your New Year's Eve.
The LAST GASP of 2013 – is still aiming for 31st Dec weather permitting leaving at 10am to hopefully bypass frost. We do our 30k Castleconnell loop, but do it dirty and finish with a couple of laps of the motorway spur at Birdhill for those who want it (LAST GASP is right!) http://www.mapmyride.com/ie/luimneach-m/castleconnell-loop-route-286887339
