The Word from our Roving Running Reporter on Caherconlish 10K today…..
Well done to Bobby Boru, with a very impressive, 39:30, pushing the Flying Pharmacist Brian Grogan who clocked 39:03.
Other Boruvians and friends in action included Ray Hickey, John Dillon, Liam Rainfort and Michael O'Neill all clocking around 45 minutes with Ray Where's The Bucket Hickey literally bursting a gut in sneaking under 45 and ahead of the bauld John Dillon for first time in a long time.
Thursday night @ Clarisford regular guests Dee Finn and Loretta ran well with 43 somethings. Enjoyable and well organised event for those who braved the conditions.
