Once again we are hoping to do The Dirty Hoor (sounds bad but its not…:) the only thing that will stop us is the weather. Meet from 8.45am at Planet Tri – group leaves at 9am SHARP
65-70k cycle – Set Pace 25-28km/hr. Please make sure you are able to cycle the distance and the minimum pace.
“Diet” versions are on offer….
a) The Little Hoor- Birdhill/Nenagh/Portroe.– http://www.mapmyride.com/routes/view/340956795 This is a 45k version of the Dirty Hoor – still a bit of evil but with a different start and more manageable! so please leave a note below if you wish to take either of the shorter routes
