#FMtip When we exercise we sweat out the electrolyte magnesium. You will notice when you are deficient in magnesium as you will often cramp. It's a great idea to replace magnesium post-exercise. Try foods like dark leafy greens, raw nuts and seeds, whole grains and dark raw chocolate.
