Fantastic day today for it in Ennis – very well run event – couldn't have asked for better weather for March!
5 of our Boruvians competed today with Michael Kelly back first out of our boys (Well done!)with Ray Hickey, Paul Dorrell, Donagh O'Sullivan and Paul O'Connor. Congrats to Donagh doing so well on his first duathlon, may it be the first of many!
As always with Ennis Duathlon the event was well run and the recovery calories were mighty!
