TI are running another Open water Swim skills session in ULAC 13th Sept with Coach Lynne Algar and 2013 Vodafone National Series Champion and 70.3 PRO Kevin Thornton. Lynne and Kevin have extensive OW experience and are accomplished coaches and competitors.
The session will cost 10 Euro per person which is payable on the day.
Based on the recent session ran out of ULAC for Open Water swimming and competing it would be well worth attending to develop confidence and water skills!
