And on the 7th Day we will go spinning!
Today the full group started at a handy pace and at Broadford we split. One group took the shorter 50k route via Bodyke a little slower and the other went the 60k loop and pushed it on harder.
The 60k group averaged 26.6 overall which we're happy with considering the handy start and the hills! last little treat of course was Ogonolloe hill ;D (that wasn't fun at all…)
Both groups met up back for coffee – as it should be. Start together finish together.
