Bealtaine Festival coming to Killaloe Ballina Community Hub Café in May

The Bealtaine Festival, the annual national festival that takes place over the month of May and celebrates creativity as we age, is making its way to Killaloe Ballina with a performance of 60 Years A-Blowin, Mick Delahunty’s sixty years as a Band Leader, presented by broadcaster & radio presenter, Denis O’Sullivan. Denis has been researching Mick Del for decades and is the recognised authority on the subject. Join Denis as he presents an insight into the remarkable achievements of one of Tipperary’s greatest musicians, from joining his first band at ten years of age in 1925 to his final engagement in February 1992. The event takes place on Tuesday 12th May at 11.30am in the Community Hub Café, next to the Family Resource Centre on Main St. Killaloe, and all are welcome.
