Tonight's Clarisford running session same as last week 2×10@threshold off 2 min rec.
Head torch free at last! as sundown not till 8.15, followed by some twilight.
Also rather than first meeting outside at 7.45, daylight affords us chance to head on in for 'self-paced' warm up. Cheers, Gary.
