Seriously good fun – do one triathlon and we guarantee you will tri again.
Relay is a great way to get a taster if you are not up for the full 3 elements
What else could you possibly want to do of a Saturday?? There will be craic, prizes, seriously cool race tshirts, lovely munchies in the goodie bags, mad music from our DJ Ava and neoprene – lets not forget the neoprene :D

We are now in the last stages of preparation for BORUMAN on the 13th June
If HOTW is on your race calendar then this race is ideal to get you ready. its a very handy 2 weeks gap – not too strenuous for distance but if you want to unleash the beast there is still time for recovery for THE BIG ONE.
Registration from 12noon, race starts at 3. and after there will be Music and Borumans Buns for recovery of the buns.
We hope to see you in Killaloe and Ballina on the 13th!
