Cycle tomorrow morning. Meeting at Ballina National School at 7am and doing an 80km loop via Portroe, Nenagh, Toomevara, Moneygall, Silvermines, Four Roads, Ballina. Pace will be 25/26km per hour, so nice and handy, and should be finished in around three hours. Make sure you have lights for the first hour, spare tubes, pump, drinks and food. See you there.
