Dust of your runners and get your bike in gear – Limerick TC Sprint Duathlon this Sunday 23rd March!
Online entries (€20) are open on the Triathlon Ireland web site until 12 noon TOMORROW Thursday February 20th 2014. https://www.triathlonireland-newserver.com/local-races.html
only a limited number of entries will be available 09.00-10.00am on the day of the race.
This year’s event will be part of the National Duathlon series

Who's going to be there in the pink on Sunday? Lets get a team going, show them in Limerick how the Boruvians do it

Word to the wise – you must be a current TI holder to enter the race – so if you have not yet joined up and wish to take part on Sunday – you can join up today as an Associate Member of Boru/TI on the TI website but make sure you get a One Day Licence for the day that's in it! If you have a full racing licence you are home and hosed. You will need your TI card/details on the day.
