Go Tri Turbo/Core Classes start back tonight at UL Activity Centre, Twomilegate…

Go Tri Turbo/Core Classes start back tonight at UL Activity Centre, Twomilegate 7-9pm. Its a fully coached session with Tri Coach Stephan Teeling Lynch. You will need a turbo, your bike & bike gear, towel, mat & energy drink/food. Showers and changing available.
