Sunday Spin Route 13th October.
Meet at Planet Tri from 8am – group leaves at 8.15 sharp!!! please make sure you know the route.
Distance: 50k spin with option to increase distance to 60 – 70 for those up to it
Pace: 25-27km/hr with option to increase at agreed point if desired. We will ease in at 25 and see how we go
