Hill Runs for those interested! Wednesday hill Running Group.

This Wednesday's run is on in Ballycuggaran Woods in Killaloe.
You WILL need a head torch.
For anybody who hasn't run with us before, taking the (old) Dublin road from Limerick you'll take the first exit off the roundabout
after Birdhill following signs for Ballina/Killaloe.

Alternatively take the motorway from Limerick and get off at the Birdhill/Ballina/Killaloe exit. Follow signs to Killaloe/Ballina.

Cross the bridge from Ballina to Killaloe and take an immediate right at the end of the bridge. A couple of miles or so out this road
you'll come to an obvious car park on the right hand side – we'll meet here at 7.45pm with the run starting at 8pm.
OSI grid reference: R 687 763

Allow some time for the traffic lights on the bridge – they're painfully slow.

Everyone is welcome. Just turn up and join in. Don't worry if you can't run the full distance (about 8km). Run what you can and walk the rest.

We'll stop for the usual tea/pint in O'Riain's afterwards so bring a change of clothes.
Until Wednesday,
Colm

Remember:
– You may get cold, wet and dirty,
– The run will take place regardless of the weather,
– You run at your own risk.
