Limerick Tri Club are holding a weekend of training with Simon Ward (220 Triathlon Coach of the Year 2012). This will take place on Saturday 25th and Sunday 26th January 2014. The bulk of the course will be located in UL with swimming in UL Pool, a track session and some turbo sessions. There will be theory sessions in between each activity.
The course will be of benefit to all levels, distances and abilities and is also open members of other clubs.
Cost will be €40 for LTC members and €60 for non-members.
