On the menu – 12 x 35 sec intervals @ 3k pace with 35 sec recovery.
If you are new to the session – bob down and give it a whirl. You only work as hard as YOU can, and remember no matter how bad you think you are…no one can see you anyway! You are still faster than the person still on the couch.
No one gets left behind (thanks to the wonders of a closed track) and the Running Men will definitely make you fitter and faster.
