Sunday Spin Story Time!

Meet from 8.45am at Planet Tri – group leaves at 9am SHARP
65-70k cycle – Set Pace 25-28km/hr. Please make sure you are able to cycle the distance and the minimum pace.
We head out via OBB to Castleconnell – hang a left out the Great Fastnwindy N7 to Nenagh (please god wind will be behind us) back via the wee hill in Portroe.
Its a longer spin with a fast enough pace before Portroe to be a good challenge to the regular cyclist – the hooruvahill thrown in to empty what’s left in the tank. The last stretch home after Portroe will be in controlled formation for safety reasons. This long spin is ideal for the more experienced cyclists.

Although Sunday is planned as a longer route, if there are any souls not up for the full 70k with that hill on the way home on Sunday, shorter “diet” versions are on offer.
a) The Little Hoor- Birdhill/Nenagh/Portroe.– http://www.mapmyride.com/routes/view/340956795 This is a 45k version of the Dirty Hoor – still a bit of evil but with a different start and more manageable! so please leave a note below if you wish to take either of the shorter routes
