This week on the Lakeside Team Bio, we have Cora Mcgrath.

Cora has been cooking up a storm in the Hotel Kitchen since 1995.

She is a lover of food, music and walking.

Her Ipod features a diverse compilation of artists including Bob Dylan, the Doors and Bruce Springsteen and she even went to see "The Boss" live in Thomond Park last July.

When asked of her favourite aspects to working at the hotel, she says that "developing new ideas" for the Bar and Restaurant menus is "really exciting" and also preparing her special Potato Gratin recipe which is a huge hit with staff and customers alike.
