This week on the Lakeside Team Bio, we have Pawel Zawada.

Pawel is another of the hotel's big football fans and plays with some of the other staff in a 5-a side football league in Limerick. He is noted for his cat-like reflexes between the sticks and formally played in his home-town for semi professional outfit Lechia Gdansk.

When asked about his favourite aspects to working in the hotel, he points towards the very warm and collaborative "Irish work environment" that makes the job so much more enjoyable. "The guys always have a good laugh in the kitchen while we still work very hard" he said. He is also a big fan of wedding days. "There is a lot of work to be done in preparation but it's always so rewarding to read about all the positive feedback on the hotel notice board".
