Thursday Boru Tri Club Run Session with Gary and Ray for this week ;)

10 x 90 second work intervals at your 10km pace with 60 secs recovery in between…this is going to be a good one!
Remember you work at YOUR pace not someone else's so you push yourself to the level of your ability – that's the beauty of being on a track in Clarisford.
Our cruel taskmaster Ray Hickey has hinted that there will be a time trial next week – this will give us a base line to see where the fitness lies, then when we fully reach our superpowers we can do it again and see how far we have come!
